AI for the work your team repeats every day.

For teams that answer the same customer questions all day, or copy the same details from one tool into another.

What you get

An assistant for your customers

On your site, or in WhatsApp and Telegram. It answers from your own pages, prices and documents, at any hour. When the answer isn't there, it says so and passes the question to your team.

Work done behind the scenes

Send a message by email, Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram, and the work happens in your tools: a page drafted, a record updated, a reply written. Anything public waits for your team to approve.

Under your control

You read every conversation and change what the assistant knows yourself, in the editor. It runs on your own account with the AI provider, and your data isn't used to train their models.

€1,500 to €6,000

One fixed price in writing after a call. A simple assistant sits near the low end, automations across several tools higher. If a ready-made tool covers what you need, I'll tell you on the call and you won't need me for it.

How it works

  1. Send a brief

Tell me what you need on a short form. A few lines is enough to start.

  2. Short call, fixed price

We agree on what it does. You get one price and one date in writing.

  3. I build, you review

You follow along on a private link and give feedback when it suits you.

  4. Launch and hand-over

It goes live on your own provider account and I show your team the logs and the editor. Care is optional.

Before anything is built, we pick one task worth automating and test it on your real questions or documents.

Questions about AI and automation

It's set up to answer only from your own pages and documents, and to say so when the answer isn't there. Before launch, it's tested on a list of questions your customers really ask.

No. It takes the repeated part, like the same question for the hundredth time or the same details copied from one tool to another. Anything unusual goes to a person.

Sometimes, yes, and I'll say so on the call. What I build answers only from your own sources, hands over to a person when it's unsure, and gets tested on your real questions before launch. Most ready-made tools leave that part to you.

It runs on your own account with a provider like OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral, on terms that keep your data out of their training. Where the provider offers EU servers, it runs there.

You pay the AI provider for what you use, and any workflow tool, on your own accounts. It depends on how much it gets used, so you get an estimate for your case before we start.

Each one is built with what fits the job: n8n, Zapier or Make, or code when it needs more. If your team already uses one of them, it can run there. Either way it works with email, Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram, and most CRMs, shops and booking tools.

Yes, and everything I build follows it. For an assistant, that mainly means it tells people they're talking to AI.

Tell me what your team repeats.

Send a brief with one example, like a question customers keep asking or a task you do the same way every week, and you'll get a fixed price and a date.
